We have recently added an improvement to how we powdercoat some of the vital components of our Trailer products.
Fenders and Frame are zinc enriched powder coat primer prior to powder coating to increase the durability and corrosion resistance producing a superior and ultra-tough finish.
We then install anti-abrasion material on the frame before the tub gets bolted on. This is so there is no direct contact and will stop chaffing between the tub and the frame. This will add addition protection against corrosion, and ensure the trailer to last for many years to come.
